The work doesn’t end at handover

Every client site
carries your reputation.

The hard part is rarely just fixing the website. It’s knowing what happened, responding clearly and showing the work behind the retainer.

01 / THE FIRST YOU HEAR

“Is something
wrong with our site?”

The client has already found the problem. Now you’re investigating while trying to explain what happened.

Get a signal your team can act on.
02 / THE QUIET DEADLINE

A certificate expires.
Your weekend changes.

The renewal was nobody’s visible next action. A small task becomes an urgent call and an unhappy client.

Make upcoming renewals visible.
03 / THE RENEWAL CALL

“What did we pay
for this month?”

Your team did the work. The evidence is spread across dashboards, messages and notes the client never sees.

Turn ongoing care into a clear review.
01 / A clearer response starts here

From “is it down?”
to “we’re on it.”

Bring the signal and the next step together, so your team can spend less time piecing the story together.

01

Check the signal.

A second region rechecks failed uptime checks before escalation, helping reduce alerts caused by a single-location issue.

02

Give the team context.

Route notifications into the channels your team uses. Review the affected service and acknowledge the incident.

03

Keep the client informed.

A branded status page gives customers a place to follow the incident while you work on recovery.

Email · Slack · Teams · Discord · PagerDuty · Telegram · Webhooks

Email, Slack, Discord and webhooks come with every plan; Teams, PagerDuty and Telegram from Starter. A check interval is not a guaranteed time to detect or notify.

Your care, in a familiar place

Keep your agency
in the picture.

Clients should recognize the service you provide, from the first status update to the monthly conversation.

01 / ORGANIZE

Each client.
A clearer view.

Group monitoring around the clients you look after. Keep each client’s services together and easy to find when a question comes in.

02 / COMMUNICATE

Your name.
Their confidence.

Use your logo, colors and a custom domain on status pages. Give clients a recognizable place to see service updates.

Custom status-page domains are available from Starter.

03 / SCALE

Checks with a client outcome

Protect the details
clients depend on.

Start with the checks that support your care package. Lighthouse audits and broken-link crawls are included from Starter.

01 / AVAILABILITY

Keep the site reachable.

HTTP, TCP and ping checks help you spot a service that has stopped responding.

Uptime monitoring
02 / CERTIFICATES

Stay ahead of expiry.

See certificate health and approaching renewals, with a warning at the threshold you set (30 days by default).

SSL monitoring
03 / DOMAINS

Keep the address theirs.

Track domain expiry so a renewal deadline becomes a planned task: a warning at 14 days and critical at 7 by default, both adjustable.

Domain monitoring
04 / EXPERIENCE

See where quality slips.

Use Lighthouse audits to review performance, accessibility and other website quality signals.

05 / CONTENT

Find the broken journey.

Catch broken links that leave customers at a dead end, then prioritize what to fix.

06 / COMMUNICATION

Give clients a clear update.

Bring service status and incident communication into a page they recognize.

Status pages
03 / Bring your client care together

A practical start.
A repeatable service.

Build around one client first, then bring the rest of your portfolio into the same workflow.

01

Bring the sites
into view.

Add client domains and organize their monitors. Moving from another tool? Start with an import.

02

Set the response
and the identity.

Choose who receives alerts, how clients see status and which brand details belong on their experience.

03

Make the review
part of the service.

Check the baseline, agree the follow-up owners and establish a regular client update using your monitoring evidence.

Already monitoring elsewhere?

Move with a clear
comparison in hand.

Import your monitors from one of eight tools, then run Hoppla alongside your existing tool for 24 hours or 7 days. Compare the results before you cut over.

Import coverage varies by provider: check which monitors, schedules and history transfer from yours. Beta importers follow the provider’s documented API and are not yet proven on a live account.

04 / Choose the shape of your service

Start with your clients.
Add capacity as you grow.

Choose a standard plan for your team’s monitoring, or explore Reseller when your own branded product is part of the offer.

Planned monthly prices. Standard paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and cost 20% less when paid yearly. Reseller has separate terms: a 12-month minimum term, 10% off when paid a year up front, and extra monitors billed pro rata by the day. All prices are total prices. No VAT is charged or shown, under the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG).

A monitor is a site or service, not a client account, so count the services you intend to cover. Separate client logins, each limited to that client’s sites, come with the reseller plan’s managed teams.

The questions before the next step

Clear expectations.
Better client care.

Know how the offer fits the service you already provide.

Can clients see status pages with our brand?

Yes. Status pages carry your logo and colors on every plan and run on your own domain from Starter. For your brand across the whole customer platform, including the dashboard, portal and email delivery, explore the reseller program.

How does Hoppla help reduce false alerts?

Failed uptime checks are rechecked from another region before escalation, to help tell a service problem from a single-location issue. That adds context to the alert; it is not a guarantee that every alert is a true outage or that a notification arrives within a fixed time.

Can we bring over our existing monitors?

The importer covers eight tools, including Oh Dear, Uptime Robot and Better Stack, and can run Hoppla alongside your current tool for 24 hours or 7 days. What transfers, from monitors to schedules and history, depends on the provider, so compare the results before you switch.

Can we send clients a report?

Hoppla emails a monthly report to the recipients you choose, and every monitor has a downloadable PDF uptime report with availability, response times and incidents. The sample report is a fuller client-review layout with fictional data: it shows how to tell the story, and it is not an export from the product.

Which plan suits a growing agency?

Starter includes 50 monitors, five team members and five status pages. Pro includes 250 monitors with unlimited team members and status pages. Use the pricing comparison to check the allowances. Choose Reseller when you want your own branded customer platform and wholesale pricing, rather than on client count alone.

Is this also an application performance monitoring tool?

No. Hoppla focuses on website checks, monitoring signals and customer status. Distributed traces and flame graphs are outside its scope. Use the monitoring evidence alongside your application diagnostics when you investigate a problem.
