The real cost of not knowing

Your customers see one website.
You’re watching five tools.

When the signals live in different places, the work of connecting them falls on you.

01 / LOST TIME

The issue hides
between the tabs.

You find the uptime alert. Then the certificate email. Then the DNS change. Now you have to work out what matters.

Bring the context into one workspace.
02 / ALERT FATIGUE

Every ping feels
like an emergency.

A noisy connection can look like an outage. Repeated false alarms make the next notification easier to ignore.

Confirm failures before escalating.
03 / CUSTOMER TRUST

Silence becomes
a support ticket.

While your team investigates, customers are left guessing. You end up explaining the same incident again and again.

Give everyone a clear status update.
From surprise to a plan

A clearer signal.
A calmer response.

See the problem, trust the alert, know where to start.

01

Bring the signals together.

Follow availability, certificates, DNS and background jobs in one monitoring workspace.

02

Get a second opinion automatically.

A failed uptime check is re-tested from another region before it becomes an incident.

03

Reach the people who can act.

Send the alert into your team’s existing notification channels, with the affected service in view.

Before you get started

A few good
questions.

The details behind a calmer monitoring workflow.

Does this replace an uptime monitor?

Hoppla brings uptime together with checks for certificates, domains, DNS, jobs, performance and site quality. You can keep more of the context around a website in one place. Check the current plan details for the coverage you need.

How do you reduce false alarms?

Failed uptime checks are re-tested from a second region before an incident is raised. That helps filter out isolated probe or network issues. It does not guarantee that every false alarm will be eliminated.

Can my clients see my own brand?

Hoppla supports white-label dashboards, customer portal domains, status pages and branding controls. The reseller offering is built for agencies and hosters who want to sell monitoring under their own identity.

Can I connect it to our existing workflow?

Hoppla offers notification integrations, webhooks and a REST API. Use the documentation to check how your team’s tools fit the current product.

Can we sign up today?

Hoppla is currently in early access. Use “Get early access” to join the onboarding list. The pricing page explains planned plans and limits.
